The Archangel is a capital ship of the Global Defense Initiative in Tiberian Twilight.

The Archangel is a support aircraft designed to repair vehicles. It is roughly the same size as a Kodiak, but is unarmed, and is only equipped with four repair arms. It has the ability to debuff enemy units within its range, and can also sabotage enemy weapons and supercharge allied weapons.

The Archangel is an effective mobile repair craft, with 4 repair beams that can be concentrated on one unit, or split up among multiple units. It has the same number of repair beams as 4 Spanners, but for 2 CP less. However, with only 600 HP and no way to defend or repair itself (unless there is another Spanner or Archangel nearby, or it has reached heroic veterancy) it should kept a short distance behind the front line, from where it can repair allied forces without drawing fire.

The Archangel also has a number of abilities, which allows it to sabotage and supercharge weaponry (Supercharge weaponry, Sabotage weaponry). When upgraded, it gains the ability to repair all allied units in the surrounding area (Augmented Reconstruction).

The Archangel's closest equivalent in the Nod arsenal is the Medusa. Both units are unlocked at Rank 15, have 600 HP and can repair units, however the Medusa can only repair units when the ability Solidify Matrix is used, which operates in a similar manner to the Archangel's Augmented Reconstruction ability. Also, the Medusa is armed, with EMP missiles and a Flux Beam.

Achievements can be earned if the player uses its abilities on several units.
