Burke was an EU tank crewman only seen in the animatic "Betrayal".[1]

Burke was an EU tank crewman assigned to Agembe's armored unit.
In "Betrayal", he reported to Agembe that he saw what appeared to be friendly EU tanks approaching his position. The tanks are revealed to be coloured black and hostile. One of the approaching tanks fires on Burke's tank, killing him.
