CommandCom 2009 was a community summit organized by Electronic Arts Los Angeles and held from 21 to 23 August 2009 as a sub-event to Gamescom 2009 in Cologne, Germany. The event was intended to to promote and reveal the subtitle of Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight. Community members were permitted to play the fiscal beta version of the game in both singleplayer and multiplayer.
The event also hosted the finals of Ladder Season 3 for Kane's Wrath and Red Alert 3. This was the last competitive Command & Conquer event directly sponsored and co-organized by EA Los Angeles. The finalists for both games were Technique and Dynamic, and Technique won in Kane's Wrath with 2-1 and in Red Alert 3 with 2-0.

CommandCom 2009 was the only instance Joe Kucan told the genuine story behind his role of Kane, promising he would not do it again and the next story would be a false one from a fair.
