Mac port[]

The Mac version had an exclusive update by Aspyr Media in 2015, which included bugfixes and compatibility with Mac OS 10.9 and 10.10. The online multiplayer aspect of the Mac release ran through Apple's Game Center invite functionality. Online muliplayer was removed from the Mac OS version in patch 1.1.2 update after Apple retired said Game Center invite functionality.^[1]

The Mac version got delisted in May 2020 after a previously announced 64-bit update to make the game compatible with modern Mac OS versions Catalina and higher got cancelled by Aspyr Media.^[2]
