Doctor Elian Schwartzberg was a GDI battlefield medic serving with the 21st Armoured Division.[1]
Background[]
During his service in Germany, he filed a report concerning what proved to be the best bet against the Scrin invaders: harmonic resonance technology.
He filed the report following his encounter with the remnants of the GDI 76th Mechanised Infantry Division, specifically Staff Sergeant Arnold P. Coddington containing his description of the effect sonic array had on Scrin lifeforms.
