Bud was an American character who was supposed to appear in Project Camacho.
Background[]
Bud is a veteran soldier, who used to serve in the 1st Cavalry Division (judging by the sleeve insignia he wears on his vest, it misses the horse head, though). He uses a modified M4 in combat.
