Tiberium Battlecards, alternatively called Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars - Tiberium Battlecards, was a singleplayer online card game released to promote Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.

Development and history[]

Tiberium Battlecards was released on March 17, 2007, less than two weeks before the release of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars. The game remained online for at least a year, but eventually, support was ended. While the game's official website was archived via the Internet Archive on numerous occasions, its Flash-based nature does render it nearly impossible to play due to the end of support for Adobe Flash in 2020.

Gameplay[]

Tiberium Battlecards was a singleplayer online Flash game. Player would either pick to play as the Brotherhood of Nod or the Global Defence Initiative and, after a tutorial-like first match, enter the game's online ranking system. Matches depicted various units later to be found in Tiberium Wars against one another. Multiplayer was not supported. Based on comments made on online forums shortly after the release, Nod was considered to be the weaker faction, only excelling in speed, whereas GDI had superior firepower and durability.[1][2]
