The Firestorm Taskforce is the GDI player character's unit in Firestorm.
Background[]
Headed by a young commander, it was created to determine the whereabouts of the Tacitus. Once formed however, it began to respond to a series of problems, culminating in its destruction of CABAL's core.
It seems likely that the forces for the Firestorm Taskforce were pulled off other organizations and military commands, but this has yet to be confirmed. It is known that the commander of the Firestorm Taskforce was pulled from Project Lazarus.
