The Soviet base defense, known as the Tesla coil (Red Alert iPhone) had changed its appearance by having golden stands with an orange band down the bottom and a brick wall between them. Tesla troopers in Red Alert iPhone can still power-up these advanced weapons since the Second World War and before the 1972 incident between Romanov and Dugan.
Legacy
Since the Vorkuta Unrest, Tesla coils made by Nikola Tesla managed to make a come-back in 1986. The Soviets used them in Geneva against an Allied army that's researching heavy duties before General Krukov's arrival to capture the Palace of Nations, causing shock and morale sagging to the failing Allies. Spies dealt with them by powering down Reactors in France, making Special Agent Tanya to move on with her mission against Moskvin's naval detachment and the Shogun Executioner in both Odessa and Moscow destroying the weapons before they eletrocuted it, including an Imperial Warrior at the Soviets' capital city.
