The machine-gun nest is an anti-infantry defence emplacement available to the GDI in Tiberium Alliances.

Game building

The structure is identical to Nod and Forgotten counterparts but however, unlike the Shredder MG, the MG Nest is already available at the start.

Manned by one GDI soldier, the machine-gun nest will mow down infantry, but is susceptible to enemy machine gun fire. A few of these placed side by side will create a huge threat. They can also defend against incoming aircraft.
