Gobi is a custom multiplayer map for Renegade. It was completed and released by C&C Den member AircraftKiller from an unfinished version designed by Westwood Studios.[1]
Gobi is a symmetrical infantry-only map, with the harvester being the only operable vehicle used by both teams. There are tunnels leading from the bases to the major Tiberium field at the map's center, where harvester harassment and heavy infantry-on-infantry action is expected.
