When vehicles run over enemy units, they gain health equivalent to 50% of said unit's maximum health.
- The Apocalypse Tank's Magnetic Harpoon works, but only against units it can crush. Otherwise, it doesn't heal.
- The Grinder's melee attack seems to work against enemy vehicles of all kinds. It will heal itself by 1% of its targets max health each time it attacks.
