The inferno squad is an elite APA squad in the cancelled Command & Conquer, serving as infantry armed with flamethrowers and tasked with attacking enemy infantry in a similar vein to the Black Hand from Tiberium Wars. They have been shown to do bonus damage to garrisoned infantry.
