The Eiffel Tower is a large iron monument in Paris, France.

Tiberium universe[]

First Tiberium War[]

CNCR NodLogo The following is based on the Nod campaign of Tiberian Dawn and might contradict canon.

The Eiffel Tower is one of four monuments the Nod Commander can choose to destroy with the Ion Cannon at the end of the Nod campaign. Had the Eiffel Tower been chosen, W3N would report on the monument's destruction, stating that the official death toll passed 700 as rescue workers sifted through the rubble. Despite the attack being done by a GDI superweapon, French President Honore Prichard reiterated his support for GDI and labelled the attack a "mind-numbing accident".[1]

Incursion War[]

During the Incursion War, GDI and Nod separatists clashed in Paris. The Eiffel Tower was still standing at this point, and fighting took place near it.

Red Alert universe[]

Second World War[]

During the Second World War, Field Commander A9 stopped four Soviet nuclear missiles fired from the Dark Horseman nuclear base. One of the missiles was set to target a location in Paris near the Eiffel Tower.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

The Eiffel Tower was to appear in Red Alert 2, as evident by pre-release images. However, it was ultimately substituted with the tripod Paris Tower in the retail release. In the Soviet campaign, the monument is weaponized to destroy the Allied garrison and terrorize Paris.[3]
