Megan was a character from early drafts of Command & Conquer: Red Alert.
A sprite (E7.shp) believed to be her is present in the game's beta build 0.09c, but is only present when playing the DOS version.[1]

Megan was originally intended to be Tanya Adams' partner. She was an ex-IRA demolitionist and stealth unit, complementing Tanya's gung-ho attitude. As the game was developed, Megan was cut.[2]
