The mobile construction vehicle (MCV) is the foundation of a base in Emperor: Battle for Dune, as it can deploy into a construction yard that is responsible for constructing bases.

The MCV is the massive vehicle that enables bases to be established on Arrakis. The MCV drills a shaft down into the rock from which the building materials for the rest of the base are extracted.
