Morocco, officially the Kingdom of Morocco, is a country in north-west Africa. It is located with Algeria to the east, Mauritania to the south and Spain to the north.
History[]
Morocco has a history of independence not shared by its neighbours. Its rich culture is a blend of Arab, Berber (indigenous African) and also other African and European influences.
Morocco administers most of the disputed region of the Western Sahara as the Southern Provinces. The status of Western Sahara remains unresolved. Morocco annexed the territory in 1975 and a guerrilla war with pro-independence forces ended in 1991. UN efforts have failed to break the political deadlock.

In the Psychic Dominator Disaster, Yuri's Army shot down Alexander Romanov's plane above this country and forced an up-coming Soviet Commander who saved an Allied taskforce in London during Operation: Brain Wash to head for the country immediately. The mission was named Romanov on the Run and proved very successful just in time.
Tiberium Universe[]
During the Tiberium Universe, a Red Zone was classified along Morocco's northern shoreline connecting to the Mediterranean as a Yellow Zone struck inside the country with Algeria.
