GLA commanders may purchase Armour-Piercing Bullets from Black Markets for $2000. This upgrade affects all GLA Rebels, Jarmen Kell, Technicals, and Quad Cannons in combat, causing them to deal more damage. Units with AP bullet deal 25% more damage than otherwise.
