General Pierre Legrand is a French EU general who appeared in several work-in-progress animations of Command & Conquer: Generals 2.[1]
Character development[]
Pierre Legrand is an EU officer with nefarious motives. He makes an alliance with Jarmen Kell after holding him at gunpoint. He wants to start an all-out war between the EU and the APA, in hopes of using the GLA commando to end the war for EU dominance and fame and glory.
In Ace in the Hole, Pierre was seen interrogating Jarmen Kell over possibly an operation that resulted in an explosion. He later released Kell, saying he was his "ace in the hole".
In Catharsis, he was seen in a destroyed building hiding from Agembe's forces, in which he acknowledges his surrender.
