Redemption is the title of an animatic for Generals 2, given to the seventh in its sequence. It is one of the nine animatics publicly released by CnCSaga in 2014.[1]
Plot[]
The scene begins in the aftermath of a battle. Zhao's protege is seen paying his respects to a corpse. He then gets up and follows Zhao, who commends the protege for saving his life. As a reward, Zhao offers his sword to the protege. The duo then discuss about a supposed unholy alliance between the EU and the GLA.

Zhao's protege pays his respects to the dead. Zhao arrives and the two walk off.
Zhao: Your valiant actions saved my life.
Protege: I did my duty, General Zhao.
Zhao: A lesser man would have watched me suffer the fate my arrogance deserved.
Zhao pulls out his sword and offers it to his protege as gratitude. The two bow in respect.
Protege: It seems that the GLA and EU have formed the devil's alliance.
Zhao: Yes, but I suspect things might be more complex than we know...
