The Repair vehicle was a planned replacement for the Ambulance for General Alexis Alexander. Instead of healing infantry, it would heal vehicles in its vicinity. It was possibly intended to work together with the unused Support Stealth fighter, but was scrapped, while only quotes and the model remain in the game files.
