Commander Rios is a GDI commander appearing during the course of Tiberian Twilight Mobile's campaign. He is the brother of Evelyn Rios.
Background
A soldier in GDI, Rios was part of a GDI security team near Greenland. Before the 2062 alliance, he was captured and killed by Nod forces after he went on a Striker patrol without his usual Titan Mk. II security ensemble.[1]
