The 28 June 2018 patch for Command & Conquer: Rivals was the game's third official patch[1]. The patch coincided with the release of build 0.91.0 which affected the application.

On 25 June 2018, game designer Greg Black announced the focus points of the patch.[2]

It’s Monday and that means it's time to talk balance changes. We are currently seeing some pretty competitive matches at the highest levels of play but there’s still plenty that can be improved. This week we’re looking into the following balance adjustments: Repair Drone, while pretty good when paired up with the big end game units is pretty underwhelming when healing your early game troops. We are considering adding a small flat heal amount to the repair drone to increase its viability with early game unit compositions. Direct damage commander powers, specifically Ion Cannon and Catalyst missile are difficult and frustrating to dodge, so we’re going to give you a little bit more time to react to them. Our intention is to make changes to these powers small and iterative, as it would be very easy to overcorrect them out of viability. We feel that Warfactory units could use a bit of help, specifically the Rhino / Buggy and Predator / Scorpion Tanks. Expect some small buffs to them. Pitbulls received a significant health buff last week that we feel was a bit of an overcorrection. We will likely be reverting their health change in a way that is unlikely to affect shots to kill from things like Anti-Vehicle Infantry and Tanks, but will make them more vulnerable to damage from things like Militants and Turrets. This will also provide an indirect buff to the Orca which will likely be able to single volley them to death. We are going to continue to tweak and tune minor, but important, things like the initial attack delay on Missile Squad / Laser Troops. The C&C: Rivals Combat Team |

Note: This update will include a client update that will impact old Battle Replays. After you update your client, all prior Battle Replays created before this patch can no longer be viewed.
Also, we have not yet decided on changes for the Ion Cannon or Catalyst Missile, we are still monitoring them closely and are likely to make changes in the near future.

- Heroic charge buff increased to 75% (was 40%)

- Repair Drone received a general buff.
- Repair Drone full heal time decreased to 20 seconds (was 30)
- Repair Drone now heal infantry for an additional 100 hp / second.
Jump Troopers[]
- Initial attack delay reduced to 0.25 seconds (was 0.9 seconds)
Pitbull[]
- Health decreased to 1800 (was 2200)
Predator Tank[]
- Rate of fire increased by 20%
Rhino[]
- Rate of fire increased by 33%
- Initial attack delay reduced to 0.25 seconds (was 0.5 seconds)
Missile Squad[]
- Initial attack delay increased to 0.25 seconds (was 0.1 seconds)
Zone Trooper[]
- Damage vs structures reduced to 100 (was 375)
Nod Changes[]
Oxanna[]
- Fanaticism charge buff increased to 100% (was 75%)
Buggy[]
- Rate of fire increased by 33%
- Initial attack delay reduced to 0.25 seconds (was 0.5 seconds)
Cyborg[]
- Damage vs structures reduced to 100 (was 400)
Scorpion Tank[]
- Rate of fire increased by 20%
Laser Squad[]
- Initial attack delay increased to 0.25 seconds (was 0.1 seconds)
Basilisk[]
- Initial damage increased to 100 (was 25)
- High Damage spool up duration decreased to 2 seconds (was 3)
- High Damage increased to 200 (was 125)
