The '''Badger-class Bomber''' is a Soviet bomber which doubles as a transport plane. These heavy bombers may be called in to drop hi-explosive bombs, as well as other heavy payload such as Desolator Bombs. The Soviets also use them to paradrop troops, as was the case with the invasion of Great Britain.

Being a strategic bomber, badger requires a specially built airfield and cannot operate from a field airbase, therefore - field commanders are not given direct control of such planes. Instead it is used to conduct strategic bombings runs and to deliver special support. One of examples of such support is via Desolator bomb calldown option available to Soviet field commanders via Soviet Top Secret Protocols. Also, Soviet black-ops agent [[Natasha]] is given authority to paint a target and then call in Badger-class bomber for a deadly precise guided bomb strike. Badger bomber can perform dive bomb maneuver for better accuracy. They also noted of capable to escape above the theater with speed surpassing Allied's [[Century Bomber]]. They can also launch [[Paratroopers]] if mission required

The Mastermind is particularly deadly when deployed in the middle of enemy forces where they can cause mayhem in the enemy ranks. This ability makes it potentially devastating to an otherwise unstoppable armoured column before they make their mark on the battlefield. One major weakness with this weapon system however, is its lack of self-defensive armament. This makes it completely helpless against units immune to psychic control such as terror drones, [[robot tank]]s and air units when airborne. As mentioned above however, its greatest weakness is that it is prone to burning out when it has too many units under its control. This led to the tactic of rushing the Mastermind with many cheap and fast units such as [[Conscript (Red Alert 2)|conscripts]], [[flak track]]s or [[IFV]]s. Paratrooper conscripts are ideal for this task as they are both free and plentiful. Yuri's Masterminds can control up to 3 units each without going into overdrive.
Technicians beware: the nature of the payload and aircraft fuel means that a loaded, fueled Badger is highly explosive. This is demonstrated in [[Circus of Treachery|Operation "Circus of Treachery"]], where a bullet ignites a group of grounded and confiscated Badgers, destroying all nearby Imperial units.

The Mastermind is a Yuri mind control vehicle in Yuri's Revenge.

Game unit

Another extension of Yuri’s mind control technology, the Master Mind vehicle is capable of safely mind controlling a large group of enemy units at a time. However, this unit can’t stop itself from mind controlling additional enemy units. Exceeding its unit limit causes the device to break down and self-destruct, releasing all of its formerly captured units.

The Mastermind is particularly deadly when deployed in the middle of enemy forces where they can cause mayhem in the enemy ranks. This ability makes it potentially devastating to an otherwise unstoppable armoured column before they make their mark on the battlefield. One major weakness with this weapon system however, is its lack of self-defensive armament. As mentioned above however, its greatest weakness is that it is prone to burning out when it has too many units under its control. Brainwave overload
