The Supersonic air strike is a GDI support power in Kane's Wrath.
Background
This power calls down two supersonic fighters, which then swoop down and create a sonic boom at the target location, dealing heavy damage to all aircraft caught in the blast.
In-game
The supersonic air strike is extremely powerful, capable of instantly destroying lighter aircraft and severely damaging heavier ones. It is especially effective against large swarms of light aircraft such as Venoms. It is less against heavier aircraft such as Devastator warships and Planetary assault carriers, since they can survive a direct hit.
One viable strategy is to target air production structures to destroy newly produced aircraft, as well as aircraft that are landing or taking off.
