The Tech Oil Refinery is a neutral Tech Building in Generals and Zero Hour. They are pre-placed buildings found on some maps that can be captured by any infantry with the capture building upgrade.
Game Effect[]
The Tech Oil Refinery cuts vehicle/aircraft production costs by 10% for its owner. Note that this indirectly affects GLA's Cash Bounty Power negatively, reducing the amount that the GLA receives for destroying discounted units. This effect does not stack.
