The Redeemer Engineering Facility is a Nod's epic unit construction facility in Kane's Wrath.

Background

As its name suggests, the Redeemer engineering facility was used to construct the massive Redeemer walker. Designed by Nod scientists after analyzing the data from ZOCOM's reclamator hub, its pyramid shape was reminiscent of the Nod Pyramids during the Second Tiberium War. It can also function as a standard war factory, complete with three repair drones.

The structure is connected to an underground facility where vehicles are assembled. When they are finished, an elevator brings them to the surface and the front panel of the facility slides down to release it. When the Redeemer is finished, however, all three panels of the facility slide down to release it.

In-Game

The Redeemer Engineering Facility is constructed only with a Construction yard and not a Crane. It is unlocked once the Tech lab is successfully built. There are no support powers or upgrades provided by this structure, though.

Role in Global Conquest

In Global Conquest mode, the Redeemer Engineering Facility is a strategic structure built by Nod that allows the construction of strike forces that make use of Redeemers. Unlike many of the other strategic structures, it does have physical presence at a base when players use the real-time function during the battle phase.
