Romanov's Rebels are a major faction that was to appear in Renegade 2. Their name is conjectural.
Background
Not much is known about this faction, other than the fact that it is led by a member of Alexander Romanov's family and has access to vast military reserves of Soviet ordnance, including Kirov and Apocalypse tanks.
