The Thunderfist is the principle artillery unit of the APA. Its design is based on the nuke cannon from the original Generals.

1000 Suns uses his own variant of the Thunderfist called the Sunstorm.

Abilities

Deploy Toggles the stationary artillery fire. The damage of the artillery gun is greatly increased but the unit is no longer moveable. Hotkey: Z.

Lightbringer Toggles the nuclear artillery shells. Thunderfist do more damage, as well add damage over time to the units in the target area and take longer to recharge. Hotkey: X. Requires Lightbringer upgrade.

Firestorm Shell Toggles the firestorm artillery shells. They load faster than nuclear artillery shells and deal slightly less damage. Hotkey: C. Requires Firestorm Shell upgrade.

Upgrades

Lightbringer Equips the Thunderfist with nuclear artillery shells. Purchased at the Heavy War Factory.

Firestorm Shell Equips the Thunderfist with firestorm artillery shells. Purchased at the Heavy War Factory.
