Briefing

Redmond Boyle must not reach the space station Philadelphia. Destroy the GDI treasury to keep him earthbound.

The Prophet has the space station Philadelphia - and the Ion Cannon Network it controls - in his sights. In days Kane shall destroy it, eliminating the GDI council.

There is one council member, however, who must survive - Redmond Boyle, GDI's craven treasurer. As strange as it sounds, this incompetent politician is essential to Kane's plan. He must live, so he may become the GDI president...and fall right into the Prophet's trap.

We have dispatched an infiltration team to the GDI Treasury. Destroy it and force Boyle to remain earthbound.

Mission script

Incoming transmission.

1. Tag Treasury Power Plants with Shadow Beacons

Nod EVA: Tag each defense power station with a beacon. Once all are tagged, our Specters will take care of them.

New bonus objective.

1. Steal Gold Bullion

Shadow Team: Run silent, we can't be detected.

(Once reinforcements arrive.)

Incoming transmission.

2. Destroy GDI Network Communications Center

Nod EVA: Eliminate the command center to disable the treasury's link to GDI's ion cannon network.

(Once the communications center is destroyed.)

Nod EVA: Ion cannon network offline.

(The treasury building is revealed.)

Nod Soldier: So that's the GDI's precious treasury.

3. Destroy GDI Treasury

Nod EVA: GDI's treasury lies undefended, take it out.

(Once the treasury's health drops below 50%)

Nod Soldier: Let's blow this pop stand!

(Once the treasury building is destroyed.)

Establishing video uplink.

Alexa: Let me pass on the Prophet's congratulations, you are more capable than I expected.

(If the player attacks the treasury building before the communications center is destroyed.)

Nod Soldier: Ion cannon blast incoming!

Objectives

Primary Objectives

• Tag Treasury Power Plants with Shadow Beacons
  • The Treasury is too well defended to bring in our Specters. Tag their Power Plants with Beacons and we can bring down their power - and defenses - from a safe distance.
• Destroy GDI Network Communications Center
  • The GDI Network Communications center is linked to the Global Ion Cannon Network. That link must be severed.
• Destroy GDI Treasury
  • The Treasury is defenseless. Annihilate it and keep Redmond Boyle earthbound.

Secondary Objectives

• Steal Gold Bullion
  • GDI are storing pallets of Gold Bullion throughout the Treasury complex. Steal them and bolster our war chest.
