Transcript

Kane: Yes, we were tested. But, in the end, we held constant and our fortitude was rewarded.

Kane holds the Tacitus in his hand to LEGION - its destabilised nature from GDI's experiments obvious. His followers look at the artefact and move away.

Kane: The prophecy has come to pass. At last, the Tacitus is in our hands!

The Tacitus expels a discharge of energy.

Kane: It is dangerously unstable; GDI may have damaged it beyond repair. We must put it to use before it is too late.

Again, the Tacitus releases energy.

Kane: LEGION, my child, you are my greatest creation. It is time for you to take centre stage; time for you to achieve the purpose for which you were created! One vision, one purpose!

As LEGION integrates itself with the Tacitus, it apparently accesses the Scrin warp link. Messages in the Scrin language flashes across its interface.
