This page includes a transcript of Final Conflict, the twelfth and final GDI mission of Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun.[1]
Introduction[]
Solomon: Mac, Nod has mounted a full counterattack. We can hit them on the southern front, but...
Brink: Distress call coming in, sir. Source: outside Cairo.
McNeil: Boost it!
Ghost Stalker: I fear my mission has failed at Kane's temple in Cairo. I found a missile that will soon destroy the Earth. And Umagon...
McNeil: EVA, greenlight all forces. Set coordinates for Cairo!
Solomon: We need a larger attack force, more time to plan. If Kane's back is to the wall, he could unleash the Tiberium effect all over the world. I will not authorize it!
McNeil: Sorry sir... I'm going in.
The Kodiak flies over the Cairo Pyramid, just as the world-altering missile prepares to launch.
Mission selection[]
EVA: Impulse signatures emanating from Cairo suggest Kane will launch his world-altering missile within hours. You must destroy the pyramid temple before he has a chance to launch. There are no alternatives.

[Clear the zone for M.C.V. dropship deployment!]

Ending[]
The Tiberian Sun Has Risen![]
McNeil runs into the Pyramid chamber, finding Kane holding a knife up to Umagon's throat.
McNeil: Let her go!
Kane: Still giving orders, commander? You really should learn to pay attention! I have your mutant and I have your world.
Umagon: Kill him! Forget about me! Don't let him win!
An explosion above shakes the room.
McNeil: Your missiles' grounded! It's over.
Kane: You're only delaying the inevitable. I have the Tacitus, I am invincible.
The Tacitus rises up into view.
Kane: The Tacitus told me of Tiberium missiles, of invulnerable flying ships, of real-time genetic mutation. More than alien, more than human... the next step of our evolution as a species!
McNeil: You're not God, Kane.
Kane: No, I'm not God. But I'm a close second.
The chamber violently shakes again. Umagon frees herself and pushes herself away from Kane. McNeil runs forward to tackle the Messiah. Three gunshots are heard, but Kane then walks up towards the Tacitus, stretching out his arms.
Kane: I am the future... The Tiberian Sun has risen!
Kane stops to notice blood on his hands, from his bullet wounds. He turns around to see McNeil charging with a Tiberium shard.
McNeil: Not in my world!!!
Kane is impaled in the chest and collapses, incapacitated.
McNeil: [Takes off both gloves] And that's an order...
McNeil grabs the Tacitus before helping Umagon back up. They retreat back to the Kodiak.
The Cure[]
McNeil lays Umagon onto a bed.
McNeil: Will it work?
Medic: Might. Might also kill her.
Umagon: We have to test it. It could save my people. If this is... if I... Thanks Mac...
The medic injects the serum into Umagon. She convulses in pain, forcing McNeil and the medic to hold her down. She eventually calms down. McNeil and Umagon smile at each other in relief.
McNeil: I love to win.
Umagon gets up.
Umagon: Not bad for a blunt.
The duo walk off. The Kodiak files in high orbit around the Earth as the sun rises over the horizon.
