James Seabury: Although America's military had a fragmented Global Liberation Army on the run following the last conflict here, terrorist activity remains a clear and present danger. Heavily armed assailants continue their occupation of the Baikonur launch facility in Kazakhstan. The GLA has armed the missiles at Baikonur with newly designed chemical warheads. This arsenal is aimed towards Europe and evacuations of urban centers have already begun. A previous attempt by the Chinese to retake the facility has failed. With Chinese troops battling local warlords to the east, the United States has been asked to undertake the Baikonur mission. Tensions are high, a failed counterstrike could significantly weaken America's influence and strategic interests in Europe. From Falcon Base Command Center, I'm James Seabury.

[En route to Baikonur]
A large group of combat cycles jump off a cliff and drive by the Baikonur launch facility, which has a bio-chemical ICBM at the ready. The ICBM launches into the air, its target: a US naval base in Northern Europe.

As the missile approaches, alarms go off in the base, forcing base personnel to flee. The ICBM strikes, annihilating the entire area.

['Operation: Global Security']
Eva: Welcome back, General. The GLA launched their missile from the Baikonur facility early this morning. Intel reports that they are preparing a second launch. Use of this missile will severely weaken our foothold in Europe. It is vital that we remove this threat. Our sources indicate that the next missile is being transported to the launch facility by train. These tracks are the only way into the facility. The first step in completing our mission is to secure and hold this train depot.
[U.S. Recon Base outside Baikonur]
[Southern Kazakhstan]
Eva: If we can intercept that train in time, we can use it as cover to infiltrate the base. Good luck, General.
Gameplay 1[]
[MISSION OBJECTIVE #1:]
[Secure the train depot and destroy surrounding GLA base]
American soldier: This is Echo-One, rolling into hot zone. Everyone, keep your eyes open!
American soldier: Aim for those barrels, they're explosive!

- American soldier: Get some infantry into these vehicles. We can use them to help defeat the GLA.
[MISSION OBJECTIVE #1 Accomplished]
Eva: Great job. The depot is secure.
[INCOMING TRANSMISSION]
[Move units into the train cars]
Eva: Now, we need to build an attack force to assault the GLA base. Load your best units onto the train. The train will depart once it is completely full.
Cutscene 3[]
Eva: Good work, General. The train is full.
The train chuffs its way through the tunnel and over the bridge until stopping at the GLA base
American Soldier: Hi, I’m home! (chuckles)
Gameplay 2[]
Sensing the Americans onboard the train, the GLA forces attack, while the American forces exit the train and assault the GLA base
Eva: Our final objective is this GLA base here in the hills. Take it out and the operation is complete.
[MISSION OBJECTIVE #2:]
[Destroy the GLA base]
American Soldier: Get someone in that Radio Station, sir! We need air support out here!

[Garrison the Radio Station for A-10 strike]
Cutscene 4[]
After the GLA base is destroyed…
Eva: Alpha-Wing, area is clear. You may proceed.
Alpha-Wing: Will do, HQ. I got 'em in my sights.
A B-2 Spirit stealth bomber flies over the area, and airdrops the Massive Ordinance Air Burst bomb (or Mother of All Bombs/MOAB) over the Baikonur launch platform
Alpha-Wing: Delivering payload.
The MOAB destroys the Baikonur Cosmodrome and remaining GLA forces in it
Alpha-Wing: I love that fresh smell of MOAB in the morning.
