Von Esling: How many atomic bombs does Stalin possess?
Kosygin: At least four two kiloton warheads are in production. But there is much even I do not know; much we are not told.
Stavros: Stalin's speech is coming on.
Stavros turns on the monitors to Stalin's speech.
Von Esling: That woman, Stalin's paramour correct?
Kosygin: I can think of a better word to describe her.
Kosygin loses his temper over Stalin's announcement.
Kosygin: He is mad, how can he do this!?
Von Esling: Explain Kosygin, what are you talking about?
Kosygin: Stalin! He announced it, he is telling everyone, he is threatening to destroy the world. His missiles are ready, he is preparing to launch.
Von Esling: Is this possible?
Kosygin: A week ago no, but now, who knows. This does not sound like a... bluff. Even now, a great purge tears through the Kremlin. Your Allied force becomes too powerful! In his fury, Stalin kills his own people. More death, more dishonor!
Von Esling: The Russians are manufacturing missiles at this site?
Kosygin: This factory is main site. We call it "Тёмный Всадник", the Dark Horseman.
Kosygin (to player): Commander, you must destroy it. Everything! Scorched earth!
Von Esling: Establish a base first, then move in on the commander center. Get a spy inside, and neutralize launch capabilities. Once the missiles are neutralized, destroy the facility. Everything!... Scorched earth.
Stalin's speech[]
Stalin: Comrades, viewers of the Soviet scientific community. We are happy to announce a great breakthrough for our strategic research team. For years they have been struggling with the problems of nuclear fission. [Unintelligible] to liberate and unite the [Unintelligible] of the world! Power to the people!
Briefing[]
Kosygin has indicated that this is the site of Stalin's main atomic weapons plant. Use extreme care in approaching the Soviet base -- we don't know if any atomic bombs are armed yet. Take the facility off-line and then destroy any atomic weapons that exist.

- Von Esling: Commander, as you are well aware, Stalin has launched four atomic missiles. The only way to stop them now is get into the command center. Each missile is controlled by a launch terminal. Deactivate all the launch terminals, and stop those missiles!
