Briefing

EVA: The GST appears to have crashed in an area known as "Tin City", home to several tribes of the heavily mutated "Forgotten". They are unlikely to welcome our presence here, so it would be wise for us to get the GST airborne ASAP. We'll need to locate and rescue the GST's Engineering Corps, whose Escape Pods are currently scattered across this territory. Once the Corps are recovered, we can begin repairing the GST.

GDI soldier: I don't think we're alone out here...

James: This isn't good, initial probes indicate we landed deep in Forgotten territory. This place is crawling with mutants. We're working on a plan to get out of here. In the meantime track down our escape pods, we can't leave anyone behind.

Secure the Escape Pod crash sites

On engaging Forgotten units

Nash: Looks like you bit the natives. If you capture their hovels, I'm sure we can cut a deal with them.

GDI soldier: So when's the government gonna get around to cleaning up this mess?

GDI soldier: Another mutant- uh ...Forgotten hovel, sir!

On securing all Escape Pods

Nash: Commander, if we get control of the TCN nodes in the area, we can use all that energy to get the ship up and running again. Transmitting node locations now.

Capture the Tiberium Control Nodes

[Nod Arrival In: 1:00]

Nash: Incoming Nod signatures! I knew this was going too well...

On capturing all TCN nodes

Nash: We're hooked into the TCN, and repair systems are online. Don't think Nod's going to make it easy, though.

Chavra: So you have the nodes. No matter, your GST will be a pile of smoking scrap long before it can take flight.

Protect the Global Stratospheric Transport

[Transport Repair Status: 25%]
EVA: Commencing GST repair.
GDI engineer: Argh! Can this thing repair any faster?!

On Nod arrival countdown reaching zero

GDI soldier: We've got Nod inbound on multiple vectors, eyes up!

Nod forces enter from the west and southeast.

GDI soldier: They're coming in hard and heavy, sir!

James: Commander, the GST isn't going to be able to hold up under this kind of assault. Keep Nod away or we're as good as dead.

On GST being fully repaired

James: Nice work, we're approaching 100%. Let's get the hell out of here.

The Tzadik's engines ignite and the GST takes off from the ground.
