Introduction[]
Eva: Good news and bad news, Commander. The outcome of the war wasn't changed; the Soviets have surrendered. The bad news is: Yuri's still at large. The world leaders aren't taking any chances. They're meeting at classified location to sign to the treaty with the Soviets. Per the General's orders, restric-
Eva picks up a transmission. She suddenly begins to be mind-controlled.
Yuri: Good day, Lieutenant... Where is this top-secret meeting of world leaders?
Eva (struggling): I-... can't!
Yuri: Tell me...
Eva (struggling): Lon... don. London, England. Parliament building.
Carville: The blazes is going on? She's got an unauthorized transmission. Cut the satellite link... Well, blow it to kingdom come if you have to!
The transmission link is cut. Eva gets knocked out.
Carville (to player): Out of the frying pan into the fire. Since he can't clone the Allied leaders, he's bound to try a more direct approach. They're meeting in London right now to ratify a treaty with the Soviets. Get to London ASAP, Commander!
Carville: And you, get a medic out to the Lieutenant.

Briefing[]
Having failed to clone the world leaders, Yuri plans to capture the real ones. Defend them at the Houses of Parliament in London, England... then deal with Yuri.

Establishing battlefield control, stand by...
- Incoming transmission...
- Carville: This is a very important meeting, Commander. If this treaty is ratified, the Soviet forces will join us in the battle against Yuri.
Carville: We'll setup our defenses by the Parliament building. My money says Yuri will launch an offensive from the east, he might even sneak down the Thames River. We've got to build us an impenetrable air and sea defense. The leaders are already arriving, if they get killed or mind-controlled, everything we've done up 'till now won't mean diddly, Comprende?
The world leaders arrive by NightHawk transports.
Dugan: You don't want the Vice President running the country, do you?
Romanov will say the following voiceover at random when entering the Parliament Building.
Romanov: I have legacy to consider!
Romanov: Guide me to safety.
Romanov: Which way comrade?

Incoming transmission...
Yuri: You cannot win Commander, soon the fool Romanov will be dead, and the Allied leaders will be under my control. Soon you will beg for my mercy and forgiveness. Perhaps you will live... as a mindless slave, this might amuse me.
Countdown nears the 01:10 mark and Yuri's forces begin their assault.
Carville: I hope you're ready, Commander... Yuri's forces are inbound. Some of 'em might sneaking up the Thames so watch out.
Countdown reaches zero. London bells ring as Yuri's forces being their assault.

- Carville: Yuri is attacking the Parliament! Build up the defenses.
- Yuri's Mastermind arrive for the attack from the north
- Eva: I thought the Brute was bad, Yuri calls this thing a Mastermind. It's basically big brain on wheels that mind controls anything that gets near it; don't get near it.
Floating discs arrive for the attack from the north.
Carville: Holy cow! Commander, we got some kind of UFO on the scope! Either it's an alien invasion or Yuri's been watching too much TV! Watch yourself, Commander.
- Incoming transmission...
- Carville: That was some fine work, Commander! The treaty has been signed.
Objective 2[]
Carville: We've tracked down the location of Yuri's London base. Soviet forces will be joining us anytime now, use 'em! Burn that base to the ground and scatter the ashes!
A group of Soviet vessels and transports arrive from the south of the Thames. They are transferred over to Allied command.
