The war factory is the Soviet vehicle production facility in Red Alert (iOS).
Background[]
The Soviet war factory used during the Post-War Crisis is visually and functionally nearly identical to its predecessor seen during the Third World War and the Psychic Dominator Crisis. However, it is unable to produce aircraft.
The Soviet war factory was redesigned following Einstein's erasure in the new timeline.
